Home appointments
Mobile appointments are available throughout Yeovil and neighbouring areas, offering treatments in the comfort of your own home. Availability is assessed on an individual basis to ensure the treatment is appropriate, safe, and suitable for your needs, and this will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
Appointments within 10 miles of BA21 are included at no additional travel cost. Locations further afield may be available on request, with travel fees discussed in advance
Clinic Appointments
I also offer appointments from Nine Springs Clinic in Yeovil, a calm, comfortable space designed to support deep relaxation and care. Everything you need for your session is already in place, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to fully unwind.
Additional Appointment Info
Appointments scheduled after 6pm or at weekends carry a small additional £5 surcharge.
I want your experience to feel easy and stress-free, so here’s what you need to know before booking:
Payments
To confirm and hold your treatment slot, full payment is required no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Payment can be made securely via the link provided at the time of booking.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking may be released and offered to another client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so your slot can be reallocated. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be non-refundable
Medical Cancellations
Your safety comes first. If you develop a medical concern in your pregnancy or are admitted to hospital which means the treatment booked is no longer suitable your payment will be fully refunded.
Health and Safety
Complementary therapies are a wonderful way to support your pregnancy, but they don’t replace medical care. If I have concerns about your health or your baby’s wellbeing, I may recommend that you seek advice from your midwife, GP, or another healthcare professional.
It is your responsibility to share accurate and up-to-date information about any medical conditions, pregnancy complications, allergies, medications, or other relevant health details. This ensures that treatments can be provided safely and effectively.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to adapt, postpone, or decline treatments if they are not safe or suitable. This may include situations where there is a contraindication, where your midwife/doctor has advised against certain therapies, or where continuing may put you or your baby at risk.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment in the instance of inappropriate behaviour. Any conduct that is threatening, disrespectful, or unsafe will result in the session ending immediately. This ensures a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
